   John is a third generation Realtor with over 21 successful years of experience selling San Francisco Real Estate.  He loves San Francisco;  the architecture, the climate, the people, the beauty and diversity all make this fabulous city an exciting and interesting place to live and work.  One of the top producers at Hill & Co for many years, John approaches his work with passion, humor, intelligence and pride. Originally from New York he has made San Francisco his home for almost 3 decades and now lives in the Richmond District with his lovely wife and son.   In his spare time John teaches theatrical and historical sword fighting and performs in local theater and fairs or travels with his family. 

ABOUT MARCUS -

   Marcus, a Broker Associate with a Masters Degree in Organizational Management, brings over a decade of marketing experience and seven successful years as an realtor. He is a U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran, fluent in Spanish, a San Francisco State Alumni and a citizen & enthusiast of one of his favorite cities in the world...San Francisco. He lives in SF with his beautiful wife and children.  He is real people-person and is very active in the community.

ABOUT JOHN L. WOODRUFF, SR -

John Sr. has joined his son John III and Marcus Miller on the Woodruff & Miller Team, one of Hill & Companies most successful partnerships. John Sr. brings his own client base and many years of experience to the team.  John Sr. is a former Director of the San Francisco Association of Realtors and was a Senior Investment Broker for Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate in San Francisco.  He was the Regional Vice President for Previews Inc. in New York and Special Properties Director for LandVest in Boston.
